Su-Yen Wong is a professional speaker and thought leader who helps audiences around the world navigate the future of work and the intersection of technology, strategy and leadership. Her perspectives are shaped by a unique blend of experience at the board and C-level in high-tech, business, and human capital gleaned over 25 years across Asia Pacific and North America.
She has led numerous national-level engagements to assess talent requirements for the future including the aerospace, ground handling, and air logistics industries, in each instance working with the relevant ministries and statutory boards. She is a highly-rated guest lecturer and visiting expert at programs conducted by universities such as IESE Business School (Spain), INSEAD (France), IPADE Business School (Mexico), National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, and Yale University (USA).
Su-Yen currently serves on the Boards of several public, private, not-for-profit, and educational organisations. Previously, she was CEO of the Human Capital Leadership Institute; Chairperson (Singapore) for Marsh & McLennan Companies; Senior Partner and Managing Director, Southeast Asia at Mercer; Asia Managing Partner for the Communications, Information & Entertainment practice at Oliver Wyman. She holds a BA (summa cum laude) in music and computer science from Linfield College,and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina. Su-Yen is an avid adventure traveller and has ventured to some of the most remote parts of the world, including Antarctica and Timbuktu.
