Sandra is the Executive Director of Concordia University’s John Molson Executive Centre, located in the thriving aerospace and aviation hub of Montreal, Canada. She also sits on advisory groups at Transport Canada and the Concordia Institute for Aerospace Design and Innovation (CIADI). Prior to joining Concordia University, she held leadership positions at HEC Paris (in both Paris, France and Doha, Qatar) and the Conference Board of Canada.
In addition to her international development role, Sandra oversees the design and delivery of a broad range of educational curricula. This includes company specific aerospace/aviation custom programs as well as open enrollment courses such as: the Airport Executive Leadership Program offered with ACI; the Management Certificate in Civil Aviation and the AVSEC Professional Management Course which are both offered in partnership with ICAO. These programs address the growing skill gap that is emerging in this fast-paced industry by honing or accelerating the management acumen of existing personnel by offering: real-world management practices; recent policy advances; and innovative approaches to learning. Through her work, Sandra sees firsthand that when companies and universities work in tandem to push the frontiers of knowledge, they become a powerful engine for innovation and economic growth.
