Olivier CHANSOU became the 8th Director of the ENAC in November 2017. His predecessor was Marc HOUALLA who occupied the position since November 2008.
Olivier CHANSOU has a rich career within the DGAC (French Civil Aviation Directorate).
He began his career in 1990 in the Technical Service of the Aviation in Paris as chief of the “On-board equipment”.
Then, he occupied different positions in the DSNA Direction of Operations such as:
– Deputy to the Head of the “temps reel” department in 1995
– Deputy to the Head of “Technical personnel” in 1998
– Head of the “Systems and Methods” department in 2002
From 2006 to 2009, he was Head of the ACC of the South-West Air Navigation in
In 2009, he was Director of Human Resources at the DGAC Direction in Paris.
Then after 3 years, he was responsible of 4 departments ( CESNAC, SIA, SO and CRNA SO) He also was teacher-associate of different Masters (Air Navigation Service Provider Management for example)
